Save More Nelson – $500 Fuel Card Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Save More NZ Ltd ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am on Saturday, 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday, 31 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to all customers who:

  • Make a qualifying purchase of $50.00 or more in a single transaction at Save More Nelson during the Promotion Period.
  • Complete the online entry form and submit all required details during the Promotion Period.
  • Retain their original receipt as proof of purchase.

Employees of Save More Nelson and their immediate families are eligible to enter unless otherwise prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Spend $50.00 or more in one transaction at Save More Nelson during the Promotion Period.
  2. Visit the online entry page and complete the entry form with the required details.
  3. Each qualifying transaction is eligible for one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying transaction.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and complete.

5. Prize

There are two (2) prizes to be won.

Each prize consists of a $500 fuel card. Winners may choose one of the following fuel card brands, subject to availability:

  • Z Energy
  • BP
  • Caltex

Prizes:

  • Are not transferable or exchangeable.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the fuel card issuer.

If a selected fuel card brand is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a fuel card of another listed brand or another prize of equal value.

6. Prize Draw

The winners will be selected by random draw at 10:00am on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.

The draw will take place at Save More Nelson or another location determined by the Promoter.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in their online entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Verification

The Promoter may require proof of purchase and/or identification before awarding a prize.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion, contacting winners, and for any other purpose consented to by the entrant.

Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

10. General
  • By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion, including the draw and prize allocation, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
